What I must do if I want to participate with a paper at ICREPQ'22?

If you want to participate at the international conference ICREPQ'22 and to present one paper, the steps that you must follow, are:

1st. STEP: Send us, before March 22, 2022, following the ICREPQ-Template, one extended abstract of a minimum of two double columns pages, or better one provisional full paper of a minimum of four pages and a maximum of six pages, with the title of the paper, authors, your complete contact information and electronic address, five key words, interest of the work, objectives, main contributions and the four most important references, at: donsion@icrepq.com, secretariat@icrepq.com or icrepq@icrepq.com

- Send us the Pre-registration Form

When we'll receive your extended abstract or provisional full paper we'll send you a message with the reference of your paper of the type: No of the paper-22-Surname of the first author. For example: 245-22-perez

If your proposal is accepted by the ICREPQ International Scientific Committee (ICREPQ-ISC) members in a peer review process, then:

2nd. STEP: Send us, following the ICREPQ-Template, the definitive full paper of a minimum of four double columns pages and a maximum of six, and with not more than 2 MB of weight, before May 22, 2022. (If your paper was provisionally accepted then you must send it to us before May 15th 2021). The authors that have one provisionally accepted paper need to wait for the acceptance before to formalize the registration of that paper.

- Send us the Paper-presentation-form (please, put the name of the file that you send us like: (Reference of the paper-Paper-presentation-form, for example: 245-22-perez-Paper-presentation-form)

- Send us the ICREPQ-Copyright (please, put the name of the file that you send us like: (Reference of the paper-ICREPQ-Copyright, for example: 245-22-perez-ICREPQ-Copyright)

- Send us the Registration-Form and make the payment of the registration fee by bank transfer, credit card or, in special cases, by cash sending us the Agreement of payment Form. See the web page: www.icrepq.com/registration.htm

Which is the number of papers that each participant can present at ICREPQ?

The maximum number of papers that each author/participant can present at ICREPQ are three.

Which are the items that the ICREPQ-ISC members will take into account for to accept each paper?

Each extended abstracts or provisional full papers will be evaluated by two or three referees, members of the ICREPQ International Scientific Committee, in a peer review process, and the papers submitted will be selected on the following bases: originality, interest, quality, English level, elaboration, references and objectives/ conclusions. The ICREPQ-ISC members will use the ICREPQ-Evaluation-form

How I must send the definitive full paper?

You must send us, before May 22nd, 2022, the definitive full paper like an attached file 245-22-perez (Reference of your paper) by E-mail to one of the following addresses: donsion@icrepq.com, secretariat@icrepq.com or icrepq@icrepq.com

How I must send the other documents?

You must send us the ICREPQ-Copyright like an attached file 245-21-perez-ICREPQ-Copyright (Reference of your paper+ICREPQ-Copyrignt) by E-mail to one of the following addresses: donsion@icrepq.com, secretariat@icrepq.com or icrepq@icrepq.com

How I must present one paper oraly?

Each speaker of an oral presentation, in-person or on-line, has an available time of 15 minutes (12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions) and must be in the session room 10 minutes before of the beginning of the session for to test the audiovisual equipment and for to exchange opinions with the Session Chairman. We suggest that the speakers of one oral presentation prepare their material in Power Point.

How I must present one paper like poster?

IN-PERSON. The posters must be numbered by the authors, on the up left corner, with the number of the paper and in face-to-face form it will be put, about 15 minutes before of the beginning of the session, on the pin board that you previously can chose and it must be take off 15 minutes after of the end of the session. The author(s) must be stay near the poster during the 45 minutes of the session duration for to answer all the questions that the audience or the chairmen could formulate. The maximum available surface for each poster will be 900 mm x 1500 mm (width x high). You must select your poster size take into account this maximum available surface (Perhaps an A0 size, 841×1189 mm, could be appropriate). Put on the pin board separated sheets of the paper are not allowed.

We suggest that the authors send us their posters in PDF format (weight<2 MB) before July 10th. Then we will put the posters in the web, (we will not put on the web those posters received after that date)

ON-LINE. The posters presented on-line must be numbered, on the up left corner, with the number of the paper and we suggest that the authors send us their posters in PDF format (weight<2 MB) before July 10th. Then we will put the posters in the web, (we will not put on the web those posters received after that date) and all the interested and registered people can send us questions about each of the posters that we will send to the authors for their answers and during their Poster Session the authors will have the opportunity of to present on-line the most relevant aspects of their reseach during 5 or 6 minutes and then the audience can make questions to each poster and the chairman of the session will organize the answers

There are not a poster template. The design of each poster is free and the author can do it like they want. In fact awards for the three best posters.

Where will be included the papers presented at ICREPQ?

- On-line in the ICREPQ-Database www.icrepq.com/papers-icrepq.html

-In the ICREPQ-USB Memory with ISBN that we will deliver to all the participant during the conference days

- All the papers will be published in the open access Renewable Energy and Power Quality Journal (RE&PQJ), with ISSN: 2172-038X, DOI by CrossRef and they will be indexed by SCOPUS. Take into account that this one will be the 20th edition of the conference we will publish one Special Issue in RE&PQJ with the best papers presented at ICREPQ'22.

- The hight quality research papers surelly will be selected by one ICREPQ Working Group for to be published in one ICREPQ-Book that usually publish Cambridge Scholars Publishing.

- The papers presented at ICREPQ can be included also in a large number of different journals that, usually, publish many ICREPQ papers.

Can I publish my paper in other journals despite of I have signed the ICREPQ-Copyright?

Usually, yes!. The "European Association for the Development of Renewable Energies, Environment and Power Quality (AEDERMACP or EA4EPQ)" is a non profit organization and then we consider that the best for the authors that present their papers at the "International Conference on Renewable Energies and Power Quality (ICREPQ)" is also the best for us and then, despite of the papers presented in our conference are included in the our free electronic journal "Renewable Energy & Power Quality Journal (RE&PQJ)", on-line in the web page: www.icrepq.com/papers-icrepq.html or others, they can be published also in other journals, reviews, etc, if the authors are agree and the responsible people of the journals, or the authors, ask for our permission.

Are there awards for the best poster?

We will deliver one award (silver plate+diploma) for each of the three best posters.

What I must do if I want to attend at ICREPQ'22 but I have not a paper?

If you want to attend, like participant, accompanying person or student, at the international conference ICREPQ'22 without send us a paper, the steps that you must follow, are:

- Send us the Pre-registration Form

- Send us the Registration-Form and make the payment of the registration fee by bank transfer, credit card or, in special cases, by cash sending us the Agreement of payment Form. See the web page: www.icrepq.com/registration.htm

Who is one a accompanying person?

One accompanying person is a members of the same university/company or wives/husbands, couples, sons, daughters, or other family of the participants. For the reduced registration fee in only permitted one accompanying person for each participant.

Is it possible to participate in one the three Cultural Visits if I'm not registered at the ICREPQ?

If you want to participate in one, or more, Cultural Visits, Civic Reception, one or more lunches it is important that you make the reservation sending a message to: donsion@icrepq.com, secretariat@icrepq.com or icrepq@icrepq.com. The payment of the cost established for each concept, that you can ask for E-mail, could be made previously by bank transfer and also by cash, or credit card, at the ICREPQ-Secretariat during the conference days. If you didn't make previously the reservation we cannot guarantee that you will have the possibility of participate in one of the ICREPQ activities.

How I must justify that I'm a student?

For to justify the student condition it is necessary to provide any Faculty or Department document that justify that condition.

When I will receive the invoice?

Usually we will deliver the invoices at the ICREPQ-Secretariat during the conference days. Nevertheless, if your university/company need it for to justify the payment of your registration fee we can send you one Proforma invoice and in special cases the definitive invoice.

Where is the Vigo airport?

Vigo Airport (IATAVGOICAOLEVX) is 10 km (6.2 mi) east from the centre of Vigo

Travelling by air. The city is about ten minutes from the Vigo Airport, which offer regular flights and with various destinations throughout Spain and charters with Europe.

Ground transportation

Vigo Airport is connected to Galicia and North Portugal by different transportation networks. The city public company of transport is Vitrasa, and its 9A line works near the arrival´s hall at the terminal. The single fare is 1,35€.

Train

Vigo-Urzáiz railway station is connected to the airport directly by bus line 9A every 30 minutes at Urzaiz (Muro estación) switch (journey time from the airport to Vigo-Urzaiz railway station: 25 minutes). It provides high speed connectivity to PontevedraVilagarcía de ArousaSantiago de Compostela and A CoruñaVigo-Guixar railway station is connected to the airport by bus lines 8, 16 and 24 in connection with bus line 9A at Urzáiz 13 switch. It provides connectivity to PortoPontevedraVilagarcía de ArousaSantiago de CompostelaA CoruñaMadridOurenseMonforte de LemosPalenciaLeónPonferradaZamoraRedondelaArcade [es], Padrón and Ordes. Optionally, direct line 9A from maritime station is close enough, getting off at García Barbón, 16 switch (15 minutes walking approximately). www.renfe.es

The VIALIA shopping center, which will be inaugurated soon, will have 43,080 m² that combine profitable use, the new AVE rail services and the city's bus terminal. The large public square on the roof will have 23,000 m².

Bus

Vigo bus station is connected to the airport by Vitrasa bus lines 4C and 23 in connection with line 9A at Travesia de Vigo 7 switch (journey time from the airport to Travesia de Vigo, 7 switch: 22 minutes). It provides connectivity to the rest of metropolitan areaGaliciaPortugal and several Spanish cities as SalamancaOviedoMadridBilbaoPamplonaZaragoza or Barcelona. Urban transit service Vitrasa connects the airport with the city center with the line 9A every 30 minutes.

Car

A close access exists from AP-9 motorway near Puxeiros road junction, connecting to the downtown, the rest of Galicia and Portugal. Travel time to the city center is around 20 minutes.
