DEFINITIVE FULL PAPERS
Authors of accepted extended abstracts or provisional full papers will be requested to submit the definitive full papers for their presentation, oral or like poster, in-person or on-line, at the "23rd International Conference on Renewable Energies and Power Quality (ICREPQ'25)"
The definitive full papers should not exceed six double column A4 (21x29.7 cm) pages, including figures, tables and diagrams. Please, explain clearly the nature of the problem, previous work, purpose and contribution of the paper, conclusions and references. You can send us the full papers in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) and MS Word (.doc) at one of the following email addresses: icrepq@icrepq.com, donsion@icrepq.com or secretariat@icrepq.com.You will receive a message about the reception of your e-mail.
If you have sent for the ICREPQ'25 a provisional full paper and this one is accepted by the International Scientific Committee members (ICREPQ-ISC), in a peer review process, you must send us the definitive one, or a message saying that we can considerer the provisional full paper like a definitive one. Each author can present in the ICREPQ conference a maximum of three papers, the second and third papers will have an additional cost, and it is important that you say us the preferences of your paper presentation (oral or like poster) when you send us the full papers using the Paper presentation form
Please follow like guideline the ICREPQ-Template to ensure an uniform appearance of all papers. Please include also the top of the first page of the template on the first page of your paper.
Please fill up the ICREPQ-Copyright and send it to us after scanned it.
Where will be included the papers presented at ICREPQ?
All the papers presented at the ICREPQ will be included in the ICREPQ-USB Memory, with ISBN, that we will deliver to all the participant during the conference days.
All the papers accepted and presented at the ICREPQ'25 will be included in the ICREPQ-USB Memory, with ISBN, that we will deliver to all the participants during the conference days, in the ICREPQ-Repository and all of them will be published also, free of charge, in one of the open access and with Crossref DOI Journals, published by the European Association for the Development of Renewable Energies, Environment and Power Quality (AEDERMACP/EA4EPQ), or in other journals.
In any case after the conference the authors have 15 days for to improve their full papers with the comments that they have received during the conference before to include their papers in the journals.
The definitive full papers, registration and full payment, are due before April 15, 2025. (If you proposal was provisionally accepted then you must send us your full paper before April 5, 2025, in order to have enough time for a new review of the paper). Please, don't formalize the registration of your paper before their acceptance.
